As an English teacher who has worked in China before I know that some teachers are reluctant to use the services of Chinese recruitment agencies because many do not provide a high standard of service. Not all recruitment agencies are alike though, and using a reputable agent can offer major advantages for the job seeker. The problem is finding a good one.
